I believe in miracles. When I had brain surgery, I came out of it with no side-effects. Afterwards, I was scheduled for two or three more angiograms, but my neurosurgeon said it didn’t even look like I even had surgery at all. So, yeah, I believe in miracles because when I was in the hospital, there was a girl next to me, who had an AVM (anteriovenous malformation, which results in bleeding in the brain if it ruptures) in her speech area. She had to go through radiation. Another guy ended up having a ruptured AVM, and is paralyzed on one side of his body. I believe in miracles, because it makes you not take life for granted; they’re wake-up calls.”
